Scope

This is a vendor dispatch system for litigation and insurance work. It exposes tools to send matters to credentialed service providers (court reporters, expert witnesses, IMEs, surveillance) and get competitive bids back in under ten minutes. You can manage vendor rosters, set tier preferences, award work, and negotiate terms through the Scope Work Protocol primitives. Three verticals are available: legal services, insurance claims, and AEC subcontracting. Works over stdio or HTTP transport. If you're routing work to outside vendors from an AI workflow and need structured bidding instead of email threads, this connects your assistant directly to their marketplace API.
