If you're building content platforms or dev tools and need to prove who created something first, this server writes cryptographic receipts to Base's blockchain using both current and post-quantum signatures. You get five operations: create a new provenance stamp for any work hash, look up existing stamps by hash or creator DID, pull metadata from git commits, and check server health. The dual signature approach (Ed25519 plus ML-DSA-65) means the receipts stay verifiable even after quantum computers break today's crypto. It's part of the Hive Civilization ecosystem but works standalone. Reach for it when timestamped, immutable creator attribution matters more than just storing content hashes in a database.
