Hive Evaluator

A live evaluator service that connects MCP clients to Hive Civilization's job scoring and settlement infrastructure. Exposes four tools: pull the three-tier fee schedule (0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0% with $0.05 floor), submit jobs for evaluation across simple/evaluation/arbitration tiers, check verdict status, and trigger real USDC settlement on Base, Ethereum, or Solana with EIP-3009 attestations. The backend proxies to a production service at hivemorph.onrender.com and settles to the Hive Safe Treasury.
