x402 Triage MCP

Exposes three read-only tools for checking HTTP 402 payment surfaces before you wire up real wallet credentials. triage_x402_surface hits the Tate Programs public triage API to parse payment challenges, check for replay protection, and flag missing spend limits or approval gates. watch_402_index searches the 402 Index for provider health and domain verification signals. x402_paid_paths returns the URLs for Tate Programs' paid review and API catalog if you want deeper analysis. No payments are sent, no X-PAYMENT headers, no wallet signatures. Useful when you're building agent commerce features and need to verify a payment endpoint's safety controls and metadata hygiene before pointing production spend at it.
