Solves the problem of repeating your preferences and context every time you switch AI tools. Runs a local MCP server that reads from a YAML profile in your home directory containing your identity, tech stack, coding preferences, skills, and team standards. Exposes resources like tilde://user/profile and tilde://user/skills, plus tools for get_profile, propose_update, and list_pending_updates. Agents can read your context but can't write directly; they propose changes that you approve via CLI.
