Utilify

This is a streamable HTTP server that lets AI agents search and compare utility providers across Texas,electricity, internet, gas, water, and trash,then generate signup links. It exposes seven tools over MCP including search_utility_providers, compare_providers, and initiate_signup, all returning plan pricing, contract terms, and availability for any of the state's 4,844 ZIP codes. No API key required. The signup flow hands back a utilify.io redirect URL that drops users on the provider's official page with affiliate tracking attached. Also ships an OpenAPI spec if you want to wire it into ChatGPT Custom GPTs, Zapier, or LangChain instead of using MCP. Useful when you're building move-in assistants or utility comparison flows into agents and don't want to maintain scraper infrastructure for deregulated energy markets.
