The Vaquill team runs a public HTTPS endpoint where you bring your own free CourtListener token via custom headers, so there's no local install required for Claude Desktop, Cursor, or VS Code. Useful when you're building legal research workflows, need to verify citations in context, or want to pull current CFR text without leaving your editor.
