This server scores Japanese addresses for liveability across six dimensions: shopping, medical, transit, education, nature, and safety. It exposes five MCP tools including evaluate_livability for address-to-score conversion, search_nearby for facility lists within a specified radius, and compare_locations for side-by-side evaluation of up to five addresses. The scoring engine pulls from OpenStreetMap, government hazard maps, and administrative data to generate 0-100 scores with confidence ratings. Currently live for Awaji Island and the Kansai region, with broader Japan coverage planned. You'd use this when building relocation advisors, real estate comparison tools, or any agent that needs to quantify neighborhood quality from a Japanese address string. Also available as a REST API at the same endpoint for non-MCP integrations.
