It scans SKILL.md files, generates stable IDs and handlers, then exposes them through three activation modes: compact (search and read only), guided (adds a skill_guide tool), or active (directly surfaces your most-used skills as individual tools like use_skill_name). Also includes generate_skill_share to produce sanitized HTML pages and cover/detail PNGs you can share with colleagues without leaking local paths or secrets.
