Day1 Onboarding

This is a structured onboarding curriculum for learning Claude Code through a strict two-phase teaching pattern. Each lesson block splits into Phase A (explain and let the user try it) and Phase B (quiz and feedback), with hard stops between them to prevent the AI from rushing ahead. It covers setup, demos, the why behind CLI tools, seven core features (including CLAUDE.md, subagents, and plugins), and basics like git. The protocol is unusually rigid, with explicit prohibitions against asking questions before the user returns or combining explanation with quizzes in one turn. Good if you're running a bootcamp or workshop where pacing matters more than flexibility. The enforcement rules take up more space than the actual curriculum, which tells you what problem this solves.
