A lightweight arXiv paper monitor that scores and digests recent AI research without needing API keys. It fetches papers from cs.AI, cs.CL, cs.LG, and cs.MA, runs a keyword-based relevance scorer (agents get 3-4 points, multi-agent gets 4, LLMs get 2-3), then groups results into topic buckets like tool-use, reasoning, RAG, and MCP. Outputs timestamped Markdown files to a local directory. The scoring is simple but tunable, and the digest format is clean enough to skim or feed into another pipeline. Useful if you want a daily or weekly snapshot of agent and LLM papers without manually trawling arXiv or setting up alerts.
