The workflow is thorough: extract search terms, hit multiple knowledge bases at once with Rovo Search, pull detailed content from relevant pages or tickets, then combine everything into a coherent answer that flags conflicts or outdated info. Really useful when you need to explain how something works or find scattered documentation. The citation handling is solid, it explicitly notes when sources disagree, and it won't pretend to know things it can't find.
