Plannotator Setup Goal

This is a structured interview system that turns vague project ideas into documented goal packages. Instead of letting you wander through planning, it gates progress with user confirmation at each step: first it rearticulates your ask, then runs either a deep one-question-at-a-time grill session or a compact multi-question interview bundle, then produces a fact sheet you review in the browser before any code gets written. The workflow is deliberately patient, waiting on browser sessions instead of moving ahead when you're thinking. It's opinionated about not asking questions the codebase can answer and about making facts testable rather than fluffy. Use this when you need to hand Claude a solid spec instead of hoping vibes and iteration will get you there.
