Design Audit

This is a pure visual refinement skill that audits UI/UX and produces phased implementation plans without touching functionality. It systematically evaluates hierarchy, spacing, typography, color, accessibility, and responsive behavior across every screen, then organizes fixes into critical, refinement, and polish phases. The approach is opinionated around reduction and inevitability: if an element can be removed without losing meaning, it goes. If a user needs to be told something exists, the design failed. It reads your design system, PRD, and app flow first, then waits for approval before implementing anything. Good for taking an app from functional to polished when you know the design needs work but don't want to articulate every spacing inconsistency yourself.
