If you've ever pushed a PR only to realize you skipped half the template or marked everything N/A out of laziness, this fixes that. It reads your repo's pull_request_template.md, fills every section with actual context from your branch, and won't let you skip the preview unless you explicitly tell it to. The release note logic is especially solid: it decides whether to check the docs box based on whether users can actually see the change, not just whether code moved around. It handles fork workflows, pushes your branch if needed, and cleans up temp files. One less thing to forget at 11pm before merging.
