Cobo Agentic Wallet

This gives Claude the ability to create and manage MPC wallets for autonomous onchain operations through Cobo's infrastructure. The skill is built around "pacts," which are owner-approved authorization scopes with spending limits, token allowlists, and expiry times that get enforced at the infrastructure level. Claude can execute transfers, contract calls, and DeFi operations on EVM chains and Solana, but only within active pact boundaries. The interesting part is the approval flow: paired wallets let owners approve in the Cobo app, while unpaired wallets require in-chat confirmation before submission. It's designed for AI agents that need to handle crypto operations with delegated authority rather than requiring manual signing for every transaction. The documentation is extensive, with separate reference files for security, pact lifecycle, and error handling.
