Agr Cli

This is the skill that teaches Claude how to operate the agr package manager itself. It handles the full workflow: scaffolding new skills with `agr init`, installing remote skills from GitHub, managing agr.toml and agr.lock files, syncing dependencies across your team, and running skills ephemerally with agrx. The implementation is surprisingly complete, covering multi-tool configuration (Claude, Cursor, Codex, OpenCode, Copilot, Pi), instruction file syncing, in-repo skill patterns, and CI flags like --frozen for lockfile enforcement. One caveat: it explicitly does not help you write the actual SKILL.md content, only the plumbing around it. If you're using agr in your projects or building skills for distribution, you want this loaded.
