This drops the Customware support chat widget into a React Router SPA. It's a third-party custom element, so you load the script in root.tsx and render the tag in whatever route or layout needs support. You get two modes: chat-bubble for a floating launcher or full for embedding it in a sidebar or drawer. The widget handles its own Shadow DOM, service calls, and page operations, meaning it can actually fill forms or click buttons on behalf of the user. The skill is strict about requiring org and project IDs upfront and won't let you render placeholders or hardcode secrets. If you're adding live support to a Customware React app and want the agent to interact with visible UI, this covers the integration patterns.
