The routing is smart: different workflows for full person searches, social media scans, public records, or reverse lookups on phones and emails. What's interesting is the confidence scoring system that requires multiple source verification before declaring a match, which matters when you're dealing with common names. It won't touch anything behind login walls or use pretexting, so you're staying in the legal green zone. The 45-search-thread approach is overkill for simple lookups but makes sense when you need to be thorough.
