Daily Meeting Update

Pulls your activity from GitHub, Jira, and Claude Code session history, then walks you through a four question standup interview: what you did yesterday, what you're doing today, blockers, and discussion topics. The clever bit is it shows you what it found (commits, PRs, tickets, your actual Claude sessions) while asking questions, which helps jog your memory instead of staring at a blank prompt. You can multiselect which Claude sessions are actually work related, which is useful if you were also helping your kid debug Python homework. Generates clean Markdown you can paste directly into Slack or your team's standup doc. Beats typing the same update format from scratch every morning.
