This manages your project's governance document as a living template with placeholder tokens that get filled in as you define principles, versioning rules, and amendment procedures. It's built for the Spec Kit workflow, so when you update a principle or add a governance constraint, it automatically checks all your dependent templates, prompts, and agent configs to flag what needs updating. The version bumping logic is thoughtful (major/minor/patch based on backwards compatibility), and it prepends a sync impact report as an HTML comment so you know exactly what changed and what's affected downstream. Honest take: if you're not already running Spec Kit or don't have a multi-template specification system, this is overkill. But if you are, having constitution changes ripple through your toolchain automatically is genuinely helpful.
