This is a read-only auditor that surveys your codebase's animation code, finds what's broken or missing, and writes implementation plans so detailed that cheaper models can execute them without taste. It knows the difference between a sluggish dropdown (ease-in on every keyboard action, high severity) and a missing stagger (polish). The workflow is strict: recon the stack and conventions, fan out parallel subagents per audit category, vet every finding yourself, wait for the user to pick which ones become plans, then write specs with exact cubic-beziers and file paths. It never touches your source code. The bar comes from Emil Kowalski's animation philosophy, the workflow from senior-advisor codebase auditing. Use it when someone asks to improve the app's feel and you want a roadmap, not a single diff review.
