Guides Claude to build frontend interfaces that don't look like every other AI-generated site. It runs a full workflow: detects what's already in your codebase, plans the design approach, builds it, then verifies visually. The authority hierarchy is smart: existing patterns trump everything, your explicit instructions override the skill's defaults, and defaults only kick in for greenfield work. Nice that it's upfront about being a set of defaults, not hard rules.
