It's most useful when you need a starting template for something specific like code reviews or writing tasks, since it can search by keywords, categories, and tags, then pull the full prompt with any variables ready to fill in. The improve_prompt tool is a nice touch for when you have something rough and want it tightened up. Worth having installed if you find yourself reinventing prompt patterns that probably already exist in a community library somewhere.
