Spec Kit Skill

This is a full workflow integration for GitHub's spec-kit CLI, which enforces constitution-driven development through seven distinct phases: you start by writing a constitution that defines your project's principles, then move through specification, clarification, planning, task breakdown, analysis, and implementation. Each phase generates markdown files in a .specify/ directory structure, and the skill helps detect where you are in the workflow by checking which files exist. It's useful if you want enforced structure around feature development or need to align a team on technical philosophy before writing code. The detection logic is solid, with bash scripts that parse directory state to figure out your current phase. Feels heavyweight for solo projects but probably earns its keep on larger teams where alignment actually matters.
