You give it messy input (a workflow description, some files, a URL, even just a screenshot) and it generates a production-ready agent skill following the Agent Skills Open Standard. It's built around the premise that humans are bad at writing specs but good at recognizing what they want when they see it, so it works by generating something concrete at 60% understanding and letting you correct from there. Supports all the major AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf). If you're repeating the same workflow weekly or trying to codify tribal knowledge into something reusable, this is the meta-tool. It's a skill factory that treats your input as evidence to derive intent from, not instructions to follow literally.
