Suggest Awesome Github Copilot Prompts

This analyzes your current repository and suggests relevant prompt files from GitHub's awesome-copilot collection that you don't already have. It's basically prompt discovery for Copilot users who want to level up their workflow but don't want to manually browse through the entire awesome list. The use case is pretty narrow: you're already using GitHub Copilot, you know the awesome-copilot repo exists, and you want contextual recommendations based on what you're actually working on. It's meta in a useful way, though the value depends entirely on how well it matches prompts to your repo context and whether the awesome-copilot collection has prompts you'd actually use.
