Recipe Post Mortem Setup

Creates a structured Google Doc with the standard sections (summary, timeline, root cause, action items), schedules the review meeting with your team, and drops a notification in your engineering Chat space. Saves you from the usual scramble of setting up three different tools while you're still putting out fires. The templates are basic but cover what most teams need to start documenting incidents properly.
