High Output Management

Grove's management framework from Intel, now packaged as a Claude skill. This applies the production mindset to management: your output is your team's output, so optimize for leverage. It walks you through setting up OKRs (which Grove invented), structuring 1:1s that actually work, and identifying high-leverage activities like training versus low-leverage traps like meddling. Most useful when you're transitioning from IC to manager or trying to scale a team beyond what you can personally deliver. The core idea is treating management as engineering, not instinct.
