Heygen Avatar

Creates persistent HeyGen avatars with face and voice for your agent, users, or named characters. The default path is prompt-based generation (describe what you want, HeyGen builds it), but you can upload photos for digital twins of real people. Most useful when you want to give the agent itself a presenter identity before making videos, or when a user says "create my avatar" for self-representation. Returns avatar_id and voice_id that feed directly into heygen-video. The skill handles identity extraction from workspace files like SOUL.md, walks through creation in small steps instead of overwhelming you with questions, and saves everything to AVATAR-<NAME>.md for reuse. Works via MCP (preferred) or the HeyGen CLI. Not for video generation itself, just the identity setup that comes first.
