Frontend Ui Animator

This one takes a strong stance right in the docs: you don't need animations everywhere. It's built around a clear priority system that puts hero intros and hover feedback first, then content reveals and navigation transitions, with background effects last. The workflow is phase-based, so you complete one step before moving to the next instead of animating everything at once. Good fit if you want someone (or Claude) to add purposeful motion to a frontend without turning it into a theme park.
