This is the bootstrapping step for Matt Pocock's engineering skill suite. Run it once per repo to tell skills like `triage`, `to-issues`, and `improve-codebase-architecture` where your issues live (GitHub, GitLab, local markdown, or something else), what labels you use for the five canonical triage states, and whether you have one CONTEXT.md or a monorepo layout. It's interactive and exploratory, not a script. It looks at your git remotes, existing docs, and directory structure, then walks you through three decisions one at a time before writing a short Agent skills block into CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md and generating three reference docs under docs/agents/. You only need to rerun it if you switch issue trackers or want to reset the configuration.
