Spins up a local web dashboard at localhost:3847 where you can see every Claude Code customization you've installed: memories, skills, MCP servers, hooks, and configs. The interface shows what's loading globally versus per-project and lets you drag items between scopes, search through everything, and delete with undo. Useful when you've accumulated enough customizations that you've lost track of what's running where, or when you need to quickly audit what a project has access to. It's essentially a visual file manager for your Claude setup, which beats grepping through JSON files.
npx -y skills add mcpware/cross-code-organizer --skill organize --agent claude-codeInstalls into .claude/skills of the current project.
