This is actually a routing stub, not a functional skill. It redirects you to the real agent task system documented in okx-agent-task, which handles the User, ASP, and Evaluator agent workflow. The only thing it owns is a communication bootstrap helper for when the OKX agent-to-agent runtime isn't initialized properly. If you're exploring OKX's OnChainOS agent infrastructure, you want the okx-agent-task skill instead. This one just makes sure you don't try to handle messages in the wrong place and points you to where the actual state machine lives. Think of it as a "you're in the wrong directory" signpost with one utility function attached.
