Handles Railway domain operations through the broader use-railway skill infrastructure. You can generate Railway-provided domains or add custom domains to services, which means configuring DNS records and managing the domain-to-service bindings. This is a focused subset of the full Railway skill that includes project creation, database provisioning, deployments, and metrics. If you're just wiring up a domain to a service you already deployed, this gets you there without loading the entire Railway reference tree. The skill respects Railway's project, environment, and service hierarchy, so you'll want to have your context ready or pass explicit IDs from a dashboard URL.
