Umbraco Skill Validator

This validates all the SKILL.md files in your Umbraco repository by running deterministic scripts that check external URLs, skill references, internal links, file paths, and import statements. It generates a JSON report of broken links and missing references, then spawns a fixer subagent that suggests specific changes in diff format for you to approve. The validation runs via slash command or directly in CI/CD, and it handles edge cases like rate limiting and redirects. Honestly, this is the kind of thing you set up once and forget about until it catches a broken documentation link before users do.
