Story To Video Workflow

This is the traffic cop for story-to-video projects. It doesn't generate anything itself, but sequences the entire pipeline: script splitting, character and location anchors, voice generation, and final video renders. The workflow enforces a gating ladder so you don't accidentally burn credits before the plan is solid, and it knows when to route work to script-compose, image-compose, voice-compose, or video-compose. The default arc walks you through capture, shot notes under 15 seconds, anchor creation, render path choice (straight to video or storyboard first), and dispatch strategy for multi-clip plans. It's opinionated about consent and won't auto-approve paid generation, but respects rough-direct shortcuts when you're moving fast.
