Wind Find Finance Skill

This is a routing and discovery layer for Wind's financial analysis capabilities. It reads a local catalog to figure out which specialized skills you need for tasks like DCF valuation, market analysis, or stock screening, then checks if they're installed and offers to add them if not. The update check runs silently in the background. What's notable is the hard gate on workflow skills: if you ask for something like post-market debrief or portfolio rebalancing and the matching skill isn't installed, it stops and asks permission before doing anything, rather than falling back to a simplified version. It won't substitute web searches or generic knowledge for actual financial data queries.
