Track Management

Handles the complete lifecycle of Conductor tracks, which are structured work units for features, bugs, and refactors. Creates spec.md files with functional requirements and acceptance criteria, generates plan.md files with phased task breakdowns and status markers, and maintains the tracks.md registry. Good for teams that need semantic organization beyond basic issue tracking. The specification templates are thorough, maybe overly so for simple bugs, but the consistent structure makes progress tracking and handoffs cleaner. Enforces a disciplined approach to scoping and planning that prevents scope creep.
