Colleague Distillation

This is a colleague synthesis engine that reads your actual work tools (Slack, Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Notion) via API and generates a reusable AI skill that mimics how a specific coworker works and communicates. It pulls PRs, code reviews, Jira comments, Slack threads, and docs they wrote, then distills that into structured work knowledge and persona files you can invoke later. The output follows the open colleague-skill convention with separate work.md and persona.md. Useful when you need to capture someone's review style or decision voice before they leave, or you want a digital stand-in for "what would Alice say about this design." Requires proper tool connections and verified credentials. Handle consent carefully.
