Wraps Whoop's private iOS API (the one the actual app uses) rather than the public OAuth surface. You get 48 tools covering 311 endpoints across 47 microservices: hypnograms, HRV time series, Strength Trainer logs with the full 372-exercise catalog, 308-behavior journal impact analysis, stress monitor timelines, Whoop Coach chat, smart alarm config, and 14 write operations for logging workouts or journal entries. The public API gives you 13 read-only endpoints (recovery totals, sleep stages, workout strain). This gives you everything else. Requires Whoop login via the included CLI, which handles Cognito token refresh and can deploy to Fly or Railway for cross-device access. Note that using the private API violates Whoop's terms.
