Gtex

Connects Claude to the GTEx (Genotype-Tissue Expression) project's human gene expression data via Pipeworx's gateway. You get five tools: look up gene metadata by Gencode ID or symbol, pull median expression levels across tissues in TPM, find top expressed genes for a specific tissue, query significant single-tissue eQTLs, and list available tissues. Useful when you're doing genomics research or building tools that need to cross-reference gene symbols with expression patterns in specific human tissues. Part of Pipeworx's broader gateway covering 250+ data sources, but available as a standalone endpoint if you only need GTEx.
