Provides Claude with explicit time awareness through a local MCP server designed for ADHD and autistic professionals who lose track of hours or sessions. Exposes tools to query current time, elapsed session duration, and receive break prompts when thresholds trip. Part of the larger NeuroDock suite but runs standalone. Pairs well with the cognitive-graph and guardrail servers if you want memory and rumination detection, but chronometric works solo if you just need the clock externalized. Writes session boundaries to ~/.neurodock so Claude can answer "how long have I been working" without you tracking it. Local-first, no telemetry, stdio transport. Install via pip or the @neurodock/cli wrapper that wires all five servers at once.
