NeuroDock Guardrail

Adds three advisory detectors to Claude conversations: rumination (repetitive problem rehashing), hyperfocus (time blindness during deep work), and sycophancy (over-agreement patterns). Built as part of the NeuroDock cognitive substrate for neurodivergent professionals. The server never silently blocks requests. Instead it surfaces one-line stderr warnings when heuristics trip, letting you acknowledge or dismiss them inline. Designed to run passively on every tool call via Claude Code hooks or as a standalone daemon with OS-native notifications. Works entirely local by default, no telemetry, AGPL licensed. Part of a five-server suite that also includes chronometric time tracking, cognitive graph memory, task fractionation, and corporate jargon translation.
