Once you're inside an Agent Relay workspace as a registered participant or spawned worker, this is your operational playbook. It covers the current flat MCP tool names for messaging, channels, threads, reactions, inbox checks, and worker lifecycle management. The startup protocol is sensible: set your workspace key, register your agent, check who's online, join channels, then ACK your lead before starting work. Communication templates are terse and status driven, which is the right call when you're coordinating multiple agents in real time. If you're the outside orchestrator spawning workers or reading terminal output, you want the orchestrating-agent-relay skill instead. This one assumes you're already in the relay and need to get work done.
