It writes PRDs for complex projects and lighter technical specs for simpler ones, handles feature prioritization with MoSCoW, RICE, and Kano frameworks, and breaks epics into user stories with acceptance criteria. The interesting bit is it uses parallel subagents to generate PRD sections concurrently, which helps when you're dealing with large requirements documents and trying to maximize context window usage. You'd reach for this after business analysis is done and before solution design starts, basically when you need to turn stakeholder conversations into structured, traceable requirements that engineers can actually work from.
