Summary
Breaks down epics into user stories with Fibonacci estimates, plans sprint iterations, and tracks velocity using a three-sprint rolling average. You get story sizing guidelines (anything over 8 points gets split), templates for user stories and sprint plans, and parallel subagent workflows that tackle multiple epics at once to stay within context limits. The level-based approach scales from single stories at L0 to multi-sprint releases at L4. Honestly most useful if you're already bought into story points and formal sprint planning, otherwise it's probably overkill for smaller projects that just need a task list.
