Summary
This one handles the full ESPHome device lifecycle in Home Assistant, from first flash over USB to OTA updates and troubleshooting devices that drop offline. It covers both sides of the fence: YAML editing in ESPHome Device Builder and entity discovery through the HA integration. The bundled script for generating noise_psk keys is a nice touch since you need those for API encryption but they're annoying to create manually. Most useful when you're provisioning new ESP devices or debugging why something disappeared from your network. The workflow guidance around USB-first-then-OTA is solid and will save you from walking to the device cabinet repeatedly.
