It walks you through a structured requirements dialogue across eight dimensions (tech stack, product definition, architecture, and more), then generates your foundational docs and scaffolds the directory structure. Two modes: --scratch for greenfield projects where it builds everything from zero, or --existing when you've already run npm init and just want the documentation and structure layered in without clobbering your files. It's designed to feed into downstream workflow skills, so think of it as the handoff point between "I have an idea" and "I have a repository ready to build in."
