Alicloud Network Esa Test

This is a minimal test harness for Alibaba Cloud's ESA (Edge Security Acceleration) network service. It's essentially a Python script that queries the OpenAPI metadata for ESA endpoints, useful if you're validating your AliCloud network access or debugging API connectivity issues. The skill assumes you already have network access configured and runs a straightforward list operation against the ESA product code with the September 2024 API version. It's bare bones testing infrastructure rather than a full featured tool, so expect this if you're looking to verify your AliCloud ESA setup is responding correctly or need a quick sanity check on API availability.
